  • For the white Clos de Paulilles :

"The 2014 Collioure blanc is flat-out outstanding. Possessing hints of pink at its edges, it has lots of citrus blossom, mineral and minty notes to go with a medium-bodied juicy, crisp and focus feel on the palate. Drink it over the coming year."

  • For the red Clos de Paulilles : 

"The 2014 Collioure is rock solid, if not outstanding. Inky colored and loaded with notions blueberry, blackberry, crushed flowers and the classic iodine-like quality of the region, it's medium to full-bodied, beautiful balanced, has notable tannin on the finish. Made from 40% Grenache and 30% each of Syrah and Mourvèdre, aged in strainless steel, it should shine on release and dish out plenty of pleasure over the following 3-4 years."
