Côtes de Gascogne IGP

Original Sauvignon from the RIGAL range Original is a gourmet and well-balanced Côtes de Gascogne. This range showcases the famous varietals from the Southwest of France. A range full of colours and flavours that delight the eye and the palate.


Vinification

The grapes are pressed after a pellicular maceration (1-2 days). Fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel tanks for 2 weeks to improve the aromas extraction.


Maturation

Aged on lees during 4 months in stainless steel tanks.


Tasting Notes

Eye: Clear appearance with golden tints.

Nose: Elegant on the nose with fine floral notes and aromas of citrus and exotic fruit.

Palate: Intense on the palate, with distinct aromas of grapefruit and passion fruit. A crisp, fresh and elegant Sauvignon Blanc.


Food Pairings

Serve at 14-16°C Perfect to drink as an aperitif or with salads, grilled fish, grilled chicken and lamb, goat cheese and fresh-tasting dishes with avocados, tomatoes and olives.
